Living the Dream

Fully renovated in 2022, “Living the Dream” is a 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, very private 3700 sq/ft lakeside home tailored to large or multi family vacations. It sleeps 12 and is designed for having tons of fun, and making great Lake Norman memories. The floor plan has ample separate spaces to keep everyone happy. It features, a Gaming Room with a PlayStation, a open floor plan for family gatherings, a separate wing includes a bunk room, 2nd kitchen and an additional family room for teens or additional families. But, Lake Norman is the Star of the property. There’s expansive views from every room of the house. The huge multilevel deck, the 8 person Hot Tub and the Lakeside Firepit area overlook the quiet cove. The covered dock is surrounded by deep water and has a sit up bar, Kayaks and a Paddle board for Lake fun. Making “Living the Dream” the ideal place for what a vacation should be. A time filled with fun, relaxation and making life long memories.

License to Chill

License to Chill is a freshly renovated, 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom exquisite lakefront property that sleeps 13. With multiple gathering areas both inside and out and a Modern Farm House design it’s perfect for either a single or Multi family Lake fun. Vacation. The new renovation includes the addition of a second master suite and living area to make two family stays easier and more comfortable for everyone. The Park like property has a fresh clean dock with, calm water and is angled for easy boat docking. It’s close to a Public boat launch and has all of Lake Normans amenities close by.

Whiskey Sunsets

The house has recently been updated and has 5 bedrooms spread on all of its 3 levels. The upper floor includes three large bedrooms and a bathroom. The main floor has the large kitchen with updated appliances, the main living room with a huge sectional couch and large Smart TV. Also on this floor is the very large primary Bedroom with expansive lake views and an amazing ensuite bathroom. Have fun on the lower level where you will find a games room with a second kitchen, pool table, pinball machine, and watch the game in the large lounging area with a huge couch and large Smart TV.

The Boathouse

Escape to The Boathouse, a 780 sq/ft renovated suite with expansive Lake Norman views. This cozy retreat features a new kitchen, luxurious spa bathroom, and a large bedroom with a king-size bed. The open living area includes a dining table, sofa bed, chairs, fireplace, and 60″ smart TV. Enjoy the lakeside composite deck with a hot tub and grill. Just 10 minutes from restaurants, groceries, and bars, The Boathouse also offers kayaks, a paddle board, fire pit, and secure driveway camera.
